Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with families in the community
- Provide guidance and support to families during difficult times
- Assist families in making burial arrangements and memorial services
- Conduct pre-need consultations with individuals and families
- Collaborate with funeral directors and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize CRM software to manage accounts and track sales activities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and increase sales
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
- Attend networking events and actively participate in business development activities

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (both written and verbal communication)
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and families
- Knowledge of funeral service industry is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes, such as CRM software or other sales tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,229.00 - $71,538.00 per year
