Position Summary
The Associate, Sales Strategy will primarily be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and administrative support to the Head of US Wealth Sales and other East Coast team members. This is a great opportunity to join a leading global investment firm and participate in the firms growth and transformation journey. This individual will play a key role in aligning the go-to-market team to ensure success in the firms goals and mission. Essential Duties
- Assist and support strategic recommendations around sales processes with sales management and representatives
- Leverage Salesforce to optimize sales operations and pull reports on project progress and deliverables
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, and develop process improvements to streamline sales operations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams on behalf of the Head of Sales to provide updates on progress and performance
- Interface with internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and adherence to confidentiality
- Tackle ambiguous, open-ended questions around our go-to-market motion, and quickly implement and iterate on solutions that deliver measurable results
- Support Sales and Finance leadership in quarterly strategy and planning, including forecasting and financial metric analysis
- Help incubate, scope, and execute on new initiatives around sales productivity, forecasting, and enablement
- Prepare correspondence, documents, and spreadsheets
- Prepare/gather/organize materials for meetings and presentations
- Monitor weekly schedule and prepare job briefings as necessary for the Head of Sales
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-5 years of experience performing similar duties in a professional office environment
- Experience working in a professional, corporate environment
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM software

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Concur or a similar accounting system preferred
Estimated Compensation:Base Salary: For MA based position, the base salary range of 90-100K base. This is an anticipated range only.Other Compensation: Eligible to be considered for an annual discretionary bonusBenefits: Eligible for TCWs comprehensive benefits package. See more information here.
