Jani-King International is seeking a professional, energetic, and engaging individual for the role of Sales/Business Trainer to support the growth of our franchisees and sales/operations team!

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Updating and creating new training curriculum by transferring knowledge into an organized program.
• Coach and mentor franchise owners on best business practices.
• Help franchise owners understand bookkeeping, record keeping, and basic business accounting.
• Update and create training curriculum for employees in the regional offices.
• Develop and conduct training through classroom instruction, virtual training, webinars (Teams/Zoom), on-line learning (LRM), videos, voice over PowerPoint presentations, training documents, handouts, etc.
• Work closely with sales leadership to understand the needs of our field team and franchisees.
• Evaluate, document and coach trainees' performance, through testing and role-plays, whether trainees will meet standards to successfully complete the training programs
• Follow up with course participants to address questions, concerns and related requests. This will include knowledge reinforcement as well as additional learning opportunities.
• Determine effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for change and improvement as needed.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales training and development experience.
• 3 years of developing training programs and writing curriculum.
• Knowledge of franchise concept a big plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills to multi-task, meet deadlines, and be able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) not required, but a plus.
• Knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
