We are seeking a dynamic and inclusive Sales Manager to lead a team of solutions/consultative sales executives dedicated to addressing our clients' business challenges. In this role, you will guide your team in offering relevant and compelling solutions, including software, hardware, software as a service (SAAS) subscription services, and professional services. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a diverse and inclusive sales approach.

What you will do:

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of solutions/consultative sales executives.
  • Employ inclusive and innovative sales strategies to address clients' business challenges.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Utilize "business impact" selling skills to drive positive outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Requirements for this role:

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in managing an outside sales team.
  • Proven track record of sales success, demonstrating an inclusive approach.
  • Prior experience in "business impact" selling skills.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce).
  • Proven recruiting and retention abilities.
  • Experience in leading and supporting complex solution sales.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

This position has a target base salary of:

$110,000.00

and annual commission target of:

$136,000.00
