Your Role:

Client Whisperer:You're the go-to person for our clients, handling their questions and concerns with a smile (even if it's over email or a call) like the seasoned pro you are.

Strategic Navigator: Work closely with our Director and internal teams to navigate the maze of projects, identifying both risks and opportunities before they even hit the radar. Your insights will be critical to our success.

Data Guru:Numbers aren't just digits; they're stories waiting to be told. Dive into the data, analyze our initiatives, and present your findings in a way that even non-math lovers would appreciate.

Occasional Jetsetter: Get ready to be on the move! You'll visit key clients and industry conferences. It's not just business; it's building connections and staying ahead of industry trends.

Experience:

Education: A Bachelor's degree is a great start. But what we value more is your hunger for learning and staying ahead of the curve.

Ownership Mindset:Treat your projects like they're your own. We want someone who dives in without waiting for instructions.

Experience: You've got 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, program management, or client management. Bonus points if you've dealt with large nationwide insurance companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
