Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our construction services and products to potential customers.

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Present and demonstrate our construction services and products to potential customers
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, cost control, and project management
- Familiarity with software tools such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction management platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
