Who You Are

The Business Solutions Architect will be a highly skilled, creative problem solver who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Youll be experienced in handling a wide range of operational duties and related tasks while working independently and as a team player.

What Youll Do

• Identify operational challenges and develop potential solutions
• Architect and implement cross-functional workflows and automations using Airtable, API, JavaScript, Slack, Zapier, Make (Integromat) and Teamwork
• Build integrated databases and corresponding automations and maintain and audit those automations and workflows
• Document and update processes and procedures using LucidChart, Guru, and other internal tools or platforms
• Maintain procedural automations and documentation; Ensure company adoption of all processes by creating and implementing training and knowledge reminders
• Grant and document system permissions
• Perform system audits on a regular basis, tracking results
• Optimize file structuring, metadata, and search functionality within file servers

What Youll Bring

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Able to take instruction and feedback as well as give it with stellar verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive experience with Airtable and Airtable automations, or other experience with integrations, workflows, and database management
• Experience in JavaScript, APIs and Webhooks
• Previous Zapier, Make (Integromat) and Slack integration experience a plus
• LucidChart experience, or similar workflow diagramming software
• Exposure to metadata and electronic file management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
