Job Summary

Full Blast is a small but fast-growing company with lots of future potential. We are looking to expand our sales team with a dynamic superstar who is motivated, fun, and results oriented. You will be responsible for the eastern PA/Allentown, Pottstown, Philadelphia and parts of NJ regions. This means we are looking for someone who lives in the Lehigh Valley/Allentown area to work remotely after your training period. Our home office is located in Carlisle, PA where training will take place. The goal of this position is to give Full Blast a broader presence on the east coast with the intention of expanding into the southern and eastern states.

You will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with current Residential and Commercial clients, creating new business opportunities, and re-engaging past customers.

This position reports directly to the company President.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Identify and re-engage past commercial accounts through personal visits, phone calls, direct marketing and relationship building.
• Identify ideal clients and market to them through personal visits, emails, and phone calls.
• Identify and attend trade shows, home shows, and company sponsored events.
• Develop relationships with potential partners.
• Participate in weekly company sales meetings.
• Track key activities and results.
• Create and send pricing quotes to prospective customers as well as company provided leads.
• Contribute your creative ideas to our marketing, sales, and business-building strategies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work hours / Benefits / Compensation

This is a 40 - 45 hour per week commitment. However, your hours will be somewhat flexible and may require some evening hours.

You will be paid a base salary of $35,000 annually with a tiered commission structure as follows.

• 8% commission on all sales up to $200,000 annually,
• 12% on all sales between $200,000 & $400,000 annually,
• 16% on all sales over $400,000 annually.

With this structure and the opportunities our company currently has, you will have the ability to earn over $80,000 annually in your first year.

You will have unlimited earnings potential with a salary / commission pay structure. The only variable is your level of motivation.

Requirements

• Complete 2 or more hours of sales training / personal development per week.
• Originate 10 or more new qualified leads per week.
• Generate significate result within your first 90 days.
• Become proficient with our CRM programs.
• High emotional intelligence. You like people and connect easily with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
