The Sales Assistant responsibilities include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Follows up with customers about their order status
• Maintains an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals
• Creates and processes orders in a timely manner, processes requests for rush orders, and reviews pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manages customer accounts, follows up with customers for administrative purposes, and provides troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems
• Performs data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintains an organized and accessible filing system
• Utilizes AutoQuotes to generate customer quotes, follows up with customers to convert quotes into orders
• Tracks all open orders and send weekly status updates
• Generates weekly report for projected cashflow

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
• Understanding of efficient customer support and sales strategies
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Teamwork and leadership skills
