We are looking to expand our Sales Support team with driven, hardworking individuals! A successful team member in Sales Support will be quick-thinking and have great attention to detail skills. This position will utilize your multi-tasking skills to build shipments and schedule appointments for those shipments.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Building shipments in the computer system using documentation provided by the customer
• Scheduling appointments for those shipments via phone, email, and internet websites
• Building and scheduling approximately 50-60 orders per day
• Assisting with updating the customer when they ask for order updates
• Assisting with weekly spreadsheets to confirm details of the orders that have already been picked up
• Working with the Business Development and the Sales Support teams to ensure that orders are built and scheduled correctly and in a timely fashion

Knowledge and Skills

• Mastery of attention to detail
• Mastery of multi-tasking
• Comfortable using computer programs including the internet
• Above average typing level of at least 55 words per minute
• Superior organizational skills and time management
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable in a fast pace environment where no two days are the same

Experience and Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-2 years of data entry experience preferred

The starting pay for this role is $17.00/hour.
