Outside Sales Opportunity in the Houston Area!

We are recruiting dynamic professionals to join our team of Outside Sales Account Managers, promoting our product offerings focused in the Dallas, Houston, and Oklahoma City markets.

Job Summary:

Our Outside Sales Account Managers are responsible for driving sales, meeting goals, and helping achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Goals
  • Prospecting and Cold Calling
  • Key Account growth strategy
  • CRM and HubSpot maintenance, i.e. Pipeline and contacts
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of customer organizations.
  • Able to work in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management and presentation skills.
  • Highly energetic and self-starter.
  • Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
  • Should be honest, assertive, and systematic.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Education and Experience:

  • Associates Degree in business, marketing and sales, or related field of study (preferred).

Required Experience:

  • Outside Sales: 3 + Years
  • Sales experience in Construction, Chemical Manufacturing, or MRO and Safety Consumables required.
