-Develop and implement business and marketing plans

-Prospect for potential clients to discuss their financial needs and concerns

First Year Compensation: Average first year agent/advisor in this branch earns $66,000 to $120,000/year
Third Year Compensation: Average 3 year agent/advisor in this branch earns $151,733/year
