Full description of the position

Compass Lease, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to pioneer expansion to a new market for our Trailer Leasing division. The individual will be responsible for meeting sales quotas, while providing the highest level of service to our customers.

Position Expectations:

- Driven to achieve sales quotas (competitive drive)

- Excellent customer service skill

- Has basic knowledge of trailer specifications and applications to assist customers

- Provides solutions to customers based on customer needs and requirements and company policies.

- Monitor the trucking industry for the latest trends, cost saving measures and imposed regulations to ensure branch compliance

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Motivated and self-driven

- Familiarity with CRM tools preferred

- Experience in the trucking industry required

- Bilingual preferred

- Must be willing to travel

- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs., as well as climb in, out, and go underneath trailers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
