The Opportunity:
Arctic Spas is excited to announce the expansion of its Corporate Retail Division with the addition of a new store and the opportunity to join the burgeoning Arctic Family. We are immediately seeking a personable and ambitious Sales Representative for our Anchorage retail location. Reporting to the Store Manager, this is an integral role that will help garner attention to Arctic Spas presence and build its reputation in Alaska.
This role requires sales prowess to influence potential clients and convert interest in Arctic Spas luxury products into purchases and brand loyalty. The successful candidate for this position will consistently push boundaries, redefine excellence and possess the motivation to grow their earning potential while challenging and inspiring others to do the same. The Sales Representative will be driven by the notion of the exceptional customer experience, and the understanding that every interaction is impactful. This role will be the right fit for an individual who thrives on building meaningful connections, contributing to the community in which they work, and who brings creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to the forefront to support and reinforce the growth of the brand, our retail stores, and resellers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Be a brand ambassador; represent the Arctic Spas brand by providing an unparalleled customer service experience to patrons of the companys Anchorage store
Manage and nurture sales leads, leveraging our CRM system to convert potential customers into brand advocates
Manage and vet incoming web-based dealer inquiries, identifying promising prospects quickly and efficiently
Attend and represent Arctic Spas at promotional events such as home & garden shows, fairs, and targeted road show events
Support marketing initiatives; participate in the promotion of Arctic Spas tubs and products on social media platforms by sharing and boosting content
Attend and actively participate in sales meetings; provide strategic insight into patronship, sales/buying trends, etc. Discuss and develop initiatives to support sales growth
Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Liaise effectively with all company departments, colleagues, and managers alike to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact to after-sales service
Expedite the resolution of customer concerns and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Continuously improve through feedback
Skills & Abilities:
- Well-honed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and close deals
- Proven track record of sales success; ability to meet targets
- Proficient with commonly utilized CRM systems, MS applications, and standard email
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
Experience:
- 2-5 years sales experience working in commission-based sales
- Experience in spa/hot tub sales, luxury retail or related niche industry
Work Environment/Conditions:
- Retail store setting; professional environment
Compensation:
To get you started, compensation includes paid training; a temporary base salary is implemented for the first 3 months while you learn the ropes, without risk
Lucrative commission-based structure (after 3-month training and probation are complete)
