Leasing Agent needed for privately owned apartment community located in Waukegan, IL. Affordable (Sec. 8 & LIHTC) ONLY CANDIDATES WITH LIHTC & HUD EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED. Must be able to convey professionalism in person, in writing and on the phone. Must be out-going and driven, be able to follow instructions, work independently as well as with others, enjoy working with the public and have good references. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
