Join Silicon Valley Bicycle Exchange (SVBE), a vibrant non-profit in Palo Alto, CA, where you

can make a difference while fueling your passion for bikes. More than just a retail store,

SVBE is a hub for bike lovers, fostering a supportive and social environment while inspiring

people to embrace the art of bicycle repair. Our mission is to reduce the waste stream, teach

the art of bicycle repair, and provide valuable transportation to folks in the community. We are

looking to add a Sales Associate to support our mission.

In this role, you'll be:

• A bike guru: Share your knowledge with customers, helping them find the perfect gear, accessories, and parts to elevate their cycling experience.
• A sales whiz: Showcase bike tech with engaging demos, highlighting features and benefits that resonate with different customers.
• A retail rockstar: Keep the sales floor organized and welcoming, ensuring everything is stocked and beautifully displayed.
• A financial expert: Operate the cash register with confidence, handling transactionsaccurately and efficiently.
• A goal-getter: Strive to exceed sales targets while staying informed about bike trends and innovations.

Pay: $17.80 - $26.14 per hour
