Chicora Long Term Rentals is seeking a full time Leasing Agent. Candidate have a minimum of one-year experience in the field of Rental Management. Applicant should be detailed oriented and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Duties include but are not limited to: Show rental properties, process applications, verify income, perform credit and backgrounds checks, walkthrough inspections, create ad for available rentals, rotation of on-call emergency phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
