Career opportunity not just a job! We are expanding and seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our award-winning NeuBeam broadband residential and business services. DNG is looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager responsible for selling high-speed wireless, fiber, and our new advanced wireless broadband services to residential and business customers throughout the Greater Garrett County MD and Parsons WV area. DNG has growing regional West Coast and Mid-Atlantic market footprints. NeuBeam services deliver diversified retail and large enterprise revenue streams from the companys fiber and wireless network operations in 6 states (WA, MD, VA, ID, OR, and WV).
The Regional Sales Manager will be a brand ambassador building excellent customer relationships promoting NeuBeams fiber and high-speed wireless products and services to residential and business customers in our NW Maryland market. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding NeuBeams customer base and revenue. JOB DESCRIPTION
The position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Business Development. The RSM will oversee sales operations and drive revenue growth within a specific geographic region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading sales teams, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. The RSM will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with the community and key clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Community Connection: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all market-related inquiries and issues.
- Customer Sales: Conduct face-to-face or virtual presentations to explain the features, benefits, and pricing of NeuBeam services tailored to the needs of potential clients. Manage the customer contract signing and modification if needed that meet both the client's needs and the company's revenue goals.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of local market trends, competitor offerings, and potential customer needs to effectively position the NeuBeams services. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market changes that may impact sales performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any concerns or questions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the companys products, pricing plans, promotions, and technology advancements to effectively sell and upgrade services.
- Reporting: Document sales activities, potential sales leads, client visits, and customer feedback, reporting back to management with regular updates. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities within the region.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Occasional travel may be required.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Including strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence others effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region and occasionally nationally, as needed.
- Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and fostering a positive work culture based on trust, respect, and collaboration.
- Self-Motivated: High level of self-motivation and organization, as this role often involves working independently outside of a traditional office environment.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Drivers License: A valid drivers license and reliable transportation, as the role involves traveling to meet clients.

Compensation:
- Annual compensation $55,000-$70,000 annually DOE + commission
- Total target compensation (base + commission) $65,000-$80,000
- 17 days PTO and 10 paid holidays
