We have four direct-hire opportunities for experienced Outside Sales Representatives at clients based in the Attleboro area. Outside Sales Representatives will be responsible for building relationships and increasing sales levels with existing customers and growing business by generating leads and converting prospects to clients. Candidates must have a proven track record with B2B sales and experience with either property remediation or industrial metal.

Hours: Full time, potential for flexible schedule

Pay Rate: $65,000-$80,000 annual base plus commission

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Develop sales opportunities with existing client base

Manage and develop new accounts, building relationships and networking in target industries

Work with management to set goals and objectives, review reports and performance results to determine success rate

Act as liaison between company departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Communicate trends/pricing issues and other sales-related information across all relevant channels

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events

Other duties as needed

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills required

Self-motivated, energetic individual with a strong work ethic

• Strong sales and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
• Strong computer skills: PC environment, Microsoft Office, ability to quickly learn proprietary/online database software
