Unique Ford of Goffstown is growing and is in need of an Assistant Sales Manager.

Are you currently a Salesperson or a Finance Manager looking to move up as to a Sales Manager? Or do you have a Business or Finance degree and would like to grow a career in automotive sales? Then this could be the right job for you!

The right fit will work directly with Management, Sales people and customers to develop relationships.

Must have Strong attention to detail and follow-up

Ensure daily follow up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM Tool)

Help Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth

Help Coach the sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation and role playing

Must stay up-to-date on knowledge on new products, features, and accessories

Ensure high CSI scores & monitor to ensure Great Customer service and make improvements as required or needed

Ensure all sales people are following established sales process and prospecting program

Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager

Help manage the productivity of the sales department
