Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Coordinator will provide the necessary support to the field sales team and companies. You will work with Sales to create quotes and pricing for customers in a timely manner. You will have experience working in a CRM and be well organized. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by completing quotes in a timely manner, understanding pricing, and providing feedback, documentation and information to sales, customers, and the company. Primarily in charge of overseeing a companies inside sales operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. The responsibilities include CRM management, performing research and identifying opportunities, implementing solutions on problem areas, and maintaining an active communication line within different teams. You will assist in monitoring the progress of sales and develop strategies to build positive relationships with clients, all while implementing the company's policies and regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales coordination to a large portfolio of customers, who require regular communication and promotion primarily via telephone and email.
- Compile and submit sales quotes for a range of products and services for our sales department.
- Input and track the status of quotes and proposals issued and process these with customers and internally to ensure successful resolution and sales closure.
- Develop a very clear and detailed understanding of customer needs; to enable an increased conversion of bids/quotes to orders and increase in sales.
- Work closely with respective Business Units to develop a clear understanding of specific company products and with the individual sales managers to establish sales strategy for the targeted customers.
- Collect and coordinate costs and prices in support of bids and proposals being developed by sales team and business services.
- Working daily and supporting the sales staff.
- Assisting sales staff with projects and leads.
- Coordinate quotes and pricing for outside sales personnel with vendors, operations, and procurement, ensuring all records are accurate and can be tracked by priority and urgency.
- Use the CRM to input job orders and quotes for all companies.
- Track and support sales to customers through CRM program.
- Help customers and sales with status of jobs.
- Assist customers, vendors, and company personnel by phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Research products from vendors and obtain quotes for odd items.
- Develop an understanding of the business and effectively use that understanding to satisfy end user needs.
- Update account and lead information in CRM.
- Raise brand awareness within existing Inside Sales accounts in each company.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Update account information including key contacts.
- Conduct market research to identify sales trends and new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations on Labor and Equipment needed.
- Coordinate with Procurement as needed.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, vendors, customers, and sales staff.
- Follow up request.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualification Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, communication, construction management, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in quotes, bids, and pricing.
- 3-5 years' experience using CRM.
- Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred.
- Self-starter that can work independently and seeks to find new ways to accomplish tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Power Point, Word, and Excel.
- Will act in a courteous and professional manner.
- Experience supporting an Oil & Gas sales team a plus!
- This position will be working on the computer most of the time on CRM (MS Dynamics) and providing quotes.
- The ability to learn new programs is essential or exposure to any of the above is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
