Innovante Insurance Agency has an immediate opening for a licensed Personal and/or Commercial P&C Account Manager. We are an Independent Insurance Agency located in Pewaukee, WI.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent customer service experience in personal lines and/or commercial lines property & casualty.
• P&C license required.
• Good knowledge and understanding of policy coverages.
• Experience with quoting and processing policy changes.
• Experience with quoting and processing new policies and policy renewals.
• Must have strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and carriers over the phone and in person.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented.
• Sound organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
