Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications and determine eligibility based on established criteria
- Collect and verify financial information and documentation from applicants
- Analyze applicant's creditworthiness and financial situation to assess risk
- Prepare loan documents, including contracts and disclosures, in compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., TILA)
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to ensure timely processing of loans
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to loan applications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan transactions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in loan origination or related financial services field preferred
- Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in basic math calculations and 10-key typing
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures and regulations
- Familiarity with contract preparation and review
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer software applications, including loan management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
