At Donnellon McCarthy Enterprises, we're on the lookout for Sales Development Representatives who are passionate about uncovering new business opportunities. Our Sales Development Representatives play a crucial role in engaging outbound leads, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our innovative business solutions can address their challenges. This role presents an exciting opportunity for aspiring sales professionals to join a vibrant team and embark on a journey toward becoming top-tier sales experts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Navigation: Guide qualified leads through the sales pipeline, seamlessly connecting them with Account Managers and facilitating introductory meetings.
  • Prospect Cultivation: Build relationships with new prospects through strategic phone calls, targeted emails, and the use of state-of-the-art sales sequencing tools. The objective? Introduce Donnellon McCarthy Enterprises' solutions and identify key decision-makers within the target market.
  • Meeting Objectives: Achieve monthly targets by arranging 10-15 successful sales meetings each month.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Initiate contact with 40-60 prospects per day or more, proactively seeking out new opportunities.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to uncover pain points and demonstrate how Donnellon McCarthy Enterprises' solutions can effectively address these challenges.
  • Budget Collaboration: Collaborate with decision-makers to understand budgetary constraints, project timelines, and the scope of their business requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Foster enduring relationships with prospects by initiating timely communications and consistently following up to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Effectively manage client data in the sales CRM system, ensuring accurate information, meticulous logging of interactions, and appropriate scheduling of follow-ups.
