Johnson Sales is a family owned and operated business since 1926, located in Arlington, Wisconsin. We feature the full line of quality Chevrolet cars and trucks, Case IH farm equipment, Yamaha motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, Stihl outdoor power equipment, and Cub Cadet lawn care products.

Summary:

We are a fourth generation, family-owned, unique dealership that offers a multitude of products and product lines. We're looking for a highly motivated and passionate Sales Rep to join our team. You'd be responsible for driving sales, and building and maintaining customer relationships. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about powersports and the outdoors, and an engine enthusiast.

Duties:

- Approach and communicate with potential customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Stay up to date on industry trends and training requirments

- Monitor on-hand inventory levels for supply and demand

- Oversee company website to ensure accurate listings

Qualifications:

- Experience in sales preferred, but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals

- Eager to to learn product knowledge

-Proficient in using general DMS software

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Valid driver's license with clean driving history

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
