Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager for our print division. In this position, the Account Manager acts as the liaison between customers, sales, and production. The Account Manager provides continuous support for the sales staff and is responsible for planning and coordinating print orders from start to finish.

Our print division produces digital, offset, promotional, and large format printing. Experience across all lines of print production is preferred, but not a requirement for this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Support multiple sales representatives for all lines of print offerings
Prepare quotes for customers and Sales representatives
Manage projects from preliminary customer contact to delivery
Performs other administrative duties and participates in special projects as assigned
Coordinate with outside vendors
Manage strict project schedules and deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure
Communicate with a positive attitude
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Bring new ideas to improve workflow and provide best possible customer outcomes
Act as subject matter expert for customer inquiries

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working in a printing facility
Direct experience with large format printing, (signs, banners, etc.) preferred but not required.
Direct experience with promotional products preferred but not required.
