JOB DUTIES
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for promoting sales and services to residential and commercial floor covering customers in their assigned territory.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales and gross profit goals (monthly, quarterly and annually) for assigned territory.
- Present, promote and sell NGFlooring products to potential and current customers.
- Sell displays to potential and new customers. Install displays when necessary and provide timely updates of samples for display customers.
- Provide quality customer service to customers with updates and education about current products and pricing.
- Coordinate, inspect and file claims regarding customer complaints and issues within assigned customer base.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

- Accurate and timely completion of projects and/or reports.

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to maintain considerable concentration with frequent time pressures and interruptions.
- Ability to maintain visual attention for extended periods of time.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 80 lbs. of necessary product samples or materials.
- Ability to reach, squat, kneel, climb, push or pull.
- Ability to operate necessary office equipment, computer software, hardware and equipment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
- This position requires working in the internal and external environment.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years experience in sales. Flooring experience preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS
- Computer, fax, copier, printer, and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
