Job Title: Sales Coordinator II
Salary Range: $40,000- $49,000 (offer will be dependent on experience and qualifications)
Hybrid Remote (2-3 days in office)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator I to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator I will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We work heavily with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, so experience in related industries or platforms in a plus.
Skills that will help you succeed here:
Some college level classwork in basic accounting (previous experience in bookkeeping/accounting with QuickBooks Online a bonus);
Experience in software sales and working with different apps;
Experience with outbound and inbound sales;
CRM experience (Nutshell in particular), managing multiple opportunities;
Time management pro- whether WFH or WFO, you are very task oriented and want to see things ticked off the list;
Customer service junkie- you love for clients to be happy;
Project management focused- you know how to review a project plan or task list, tick things off, update said plan, and keep a living document for communication;
You love apps, technology, and funny enough, accounting. You attend webinars, work on continuing ed, and apply what you do. In short, youre a rockstar.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls as part of a small team;
Research answers to questions, or use team chat to help with answering common questions;
Ensure sales opportunities close timely in order to meet team goals;
Use several different software suites to work through you day;
Refer clients to technical Q&A sessions as appropriate;
Stay up to date on software suites (some training provided);
Track all activity in CRM, and hold meetings with Sales Director to stay on top of status;
Communicate professionally and proactively with team and clients;
Be online in Teams during business hours, with the exception of lunch.
Qualifications:
Associates's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field;
QuickBooks Online experience a big plus- you will be answering basic QuickBooks questions your first week;
3+ years of experience in sales, sales support or coordination role, preferably in a similar industry;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation;
Ability to self-manage and excel in a remote work environment;
Fully functional home office with strong internet and device that meets software specifications (company computer equipment is not provided);
Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset;
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
Must reside within 15 miles of Monroe, NC and have reliable transportation
