We are looking for hardworking, career minded, and experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Agents. As an agent, you will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to educate customers on the value of GEICOs insurance offerings, drive sales and cultivate long term customer relationships.

What Youll Do:

Make sales (licensed) of personal lines insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service

Pursue the sale with clients as trained through diligent and organized follow up, building rapport, and understanding objection prevention

Identify cross-selling and bundling opportunities during calls to build a portfolio of policies with each client in an effort to retain policies.

Demonstrate an urgency to grow the business by consistently working GEICO generated sales leads

Utilize existing contacts and leverage networking skills to increase the company customer base

What Youll Bring:

Prior success in a sales role

Enthusiasm for selling Home and other Property Insurance

Relentless salesmanship and diligent follow through with each potential customer

Property and Casualty License

Up to 75% of your day is speaking with customers on the phone and in person- you must be a high-energy people-person

Ability to listen to customer needs and tailor conversations in a customer-focused manner

Strong computer skills; ability to learn and work within multiple quoting systems

$45,000 - $100,000 on track earnings (Competitive Hourly wage plus Generous commissions and bonuses); Hourly BASE PAY of $17-$22 per hour depending on experience, in addition to unlimited hefty COMMISISON and BONUS opportunities

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
