WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE

A typical day as an inside sales representative might include the following:

Greeting customers at our counter and answering the phone

Writing and picking sales orders

Providing technical service at the counter, over the phone or via text

Researching technical issues or hard to find parts and/or equipment

Ordering special ordered products for our customers

Facilitating resolution of warranty issues

Lending a hand where needed even if its not explicitly stated in my responsibilities and expectations

Assisting with maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our store

Providing after-hours service

Filling in as a driver for our delivery route, as needed

WHAT SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE WE THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE

• You have experience and schooling in the HVAC/R industry (preferred).
• You can communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• You can work in a high paced environment and effectively handle distractions.
• You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with our customers, our teammates, and our vendors.
• You are proficient utilizing computers and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• You are open to and can learn new software to handle our day-to-day business transactions.
• You can effectively problem solve and/or pivot when needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
