Position: Business and Sales Manager

Position Overview: Support the expansion of Ricoh Printing System America's Printhead and related business revenue, through New Sales and market Initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Secure sales in new markets

Execute compelling market research, product, and business analysis

Capture imagination and commitment of customers in value of RPSA product offerings

Lead and inspire organizational engagement in new business initiatives

Qualifications:

7 years B2B in Technical Component Products, ideally in industrial print

Demonstrated success and enjoys securing new business in new markets

Strong entrepreneurial mentality, ability to manage ambiguity and take initiative

Demonstrated market research, quantitative and qualitative analysis

Persuasive communication and engagement skills and detail orientated

Computer skills: MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) and Photoshop

Ability to travel on average 25% per year

Secondary Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Performance Bonus: Applicable
