Looking for an leasing agent in Santa Clara. We are committed to the effective management of multi-family developments that transcend physical structures to offer people a sense of community and a solid foundation. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and energetic candidates for the position of Leasing Consultant. We are a professional management team focused on our residents needs and we are always working to ensure that residents living experience is an enjoyable one. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for being a primary contact for residents and prospective residents by leasing apartments, building and maintaining positive relationships with the community while ensuring consistent application of Community Policies. Leasing Consultants are responsible for optimizing warm leads, facilitating property and model home tours. Must work efficiently in a busy leasing office- under the direction of the Community Manager. Provide excellent service to high volume of walk-in traffic. Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents. Assist in marketing the property and generating traffic. Responsible for lead tracking and high closing ratio Prepare lease documents and related paperwork. Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality. Qualifications- Computer literate, specifically MS Word, Excel -and Outlook for Windows. Knowledge of Yardi-Strong Customer service skills.-Positive attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm.-Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to interact with a variety of people and personality types.-Ability to solve problems involving residents, equipment failure, and emergency situations while remaining calm, rational, and professional.-Goal oriented.-Driven to further professional growth and education in the industry. Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Yardi: 1 year (Preferred)
• Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
