Key Responsibilities:

Lead the sales team to achieve year-over-year sales growth, and to develop and maintain business relationships.

Motivate and coordinate network of independent manufacturers to meet and exceed sales targets.

Analyze market data to develop sales and marketing strategies.

Make product development recommendations in collaboration with organization leadership.

Prepare tailored bids/proposals to new and existing customers.

Attend industry trade shows, visit important distributors in the field, and manage relationships with key house accounts.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong leadership and communication skills in support of the sales process.

- An understanding of sales and marketing operations.

- The ability to work closely with accounting and production departments.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.

- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management, ideally in the industrial or construction market.
