Key Responsibilities of our Next Entry Level Sales Manager:

• Conduct and participate in meetings covering client updates, sales promotions, and new product launches
• Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and motivating Sales and Customer Service teams
• Collaborate with departments on innovative marketing and sales strategies to increase customer acquisition
• Shadow top Managers and Executives to gain comprehensive knowledge of our clients, company standards, and Entry Level Sales Manager expectations
• Efficiently communicate client updates and answer consumer questions in a clear and concise manner
• Achieve development goals by working with management and fellow Entry Level Sales Managers to measure and track sales metrics, consumer outreach, and market trends

In our Entry Level Sales Managers, we look for the following Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields is highly desirable
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Retail, Sales, or Marketing is encouraged
• Ability to adapt to new strategies and a natural leader with a desire for professional growth
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, and resilience
• Problem-solving abilities in high-pressure scenarios
