** All jobs require background driving screening and pre-employment drug screen.

We are seeking detail oriented in house sales professionals for our online sales/inventory control position. Qualified candidates MUST have a passion for the fitness industry. Must have extensive computer knowledge. To be considered you must submit resume or cover letter to state exact fitness equipment experience. Please note this is not a marketing position. We use an outside marketing firm for our company.

25% Inventory Control in the Warehouse Counting, stocking, organizing
30% Walking in store customers around - retail sales
25% Warehouse work (forklift, building or moving equipment for the floor)
20% Computer Work

This position will be in-house sales with possible onsite visits. Reliable transportation to and from work is required. This is a full-time hourly paid position. Pay will be based on experience. This is not a commission based position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following.

• Taking photos of inventory to post on the website and social media.
• Making sure online orders get pulled and shipped properly.
• Checking and counting stock to make sure we have accurate counts.
• Greeting customers when they walk through the door
• Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
• Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customers order if needed
• Working one Saturday a month 9-3 to assist with sales.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Excellent computer skills, including a high level of proficiency with MS Office
• Quickbooks and ecommerce experience a plus
• Retail or ecommerce experience a plus
• Minimum 1 year sales experience, fitness background or industry experience preferred
• Must hold a valid drivers license and be insurable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
