Account Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as the liason between your customers and the operations team in a manufacturing environment
• Answer customer questions and quickly and effectivley resolve issues
• Process sales orders and work with your customer and internal stake holders to insure timely delivery of product
• Maintain work order status and monitor the delivery schedule
• Request quotes and purchase material and outside services

Qualifications:

• Experience dealing with customers
• Purchasing experience
• Will have worked with an MRP / ERP system, knowledge of Job Boss is a plus
• A Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• A self-starter who performs well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Assertive enough to produce results for their customer and still able to work in a team environment
• Prefers talking on a phone to email and texts
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
