We are currently seeking to hire a Business Office/Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping the team drive revenue. Your income will be based on your ability to make outbound calls. The good news! Contractors need our products and we offer lower prices. You will earn a commission on new sales AND residual income on future orders! If you are a good salesperson, this is a dream job. You can sell Nationally to any insulation contractor. The realized potential for this job is over $100k. Real salespeople want commission, not salary!

Responsibilities:

• Promote products and services to existing clients
• Contact contractors that purchase these materials and offer our products.
• You will be contacting contractors that need our products. You are not selling.
• Make ten phone calls per day and you will get the results you need.
• Build your customer base for residual sales. Our customers will continue to buy.
• Build rapport with existing and potential clients
• Assist with A/P, A/R, and Collections using Acumatica CRM
• Answer multi-line phones

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• You do NOT need to have any knowledge of insulation products, we will train you.
• You must be able to make outbound Sales Calls. Not Texting.
• Obtain contractor's name, address, email, and cell phone for Email Marketing.
• Follow the process. We have a Process, you must follow it.
• Ability to build rapport with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
