Quantum Medical is currently seeking a seasoned sales support professional to join our fast-paced Healthcare team in Franklin, TN. These specialists are responsible for providing sales reps/project managers/customers with any assistance as needed during the sales process. Additionally, they help develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat customers. Sales Support Specialists must be self-motivated, and these associates may work directly with sales staff and customers to make sure they are assisted in a timely manner.

Sales Support Specialists must be able to work quickly and accurately to ensure that customers receive the best possible service. These associates are key to supporting our sales staff by generating sales quotes, creating spec sheets and other related pricing tasks. They must also possess strong people skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment focused on teamwork and customer service. Strong communication skills are needed as well. Sales Support Specialists provide customer support by answering customer questions, providing product, and pricing information, fielding complaints, replying to emails and route calls as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately respond to requests for information, quotes, drawings, and specifications.

Work with vendors and external quote requests.

Coordinate proposals, bid requests, drawings, and sales literature.

Must possess strong Microsoft program skills, focusing on Excel, Word, etc. Great Plains and Auto Quote knowledge is a plus.

Sales Support Specialists needs to possess strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain regular contact with everyone from sales department supervisors to customers. Applicant should be motivated, organized, courteous and professional. Sales Support Specialists will also need to have an intermediate understanding of filing procedures, typing, computer programs, Microsoft Suite programs, and how to operate office equipment. 5+ years experience in customer service is desired.
