Job Summary

At Koala Insulation of Fort Lauderdale, we are looking for a professional, motivated BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) Sale Representative to visit residential home owners and evaluate potential projects. Koala Insulation is an insulation contractor providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners. Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to interpret blueprints is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience using a CRM preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Prior Consultative Sales experience preferred.
• If you have insulation installer experience, we will train the right person in the sales role.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of walking, standing, crouching, and maneuvering through attics and crawlspaces.
• Must be able to access and navigate the job site.
• Jobsite environments may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, and heights.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

This position is commission only and has great earning potential! First check of the month is a draw and the second check is commission.
