Full description of the position

Seeking a results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. Responsible for developing sales plans, coaching the team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met. Key focus on driving new and incremental revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the local sales team.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance.
