New Home Sales Associate
This is an excellent opportunity to join Middletown Homes as a New Home Sales Associate. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and build rapport by maintaining a high level of integrity throughout the sales process.
• Provide information on model homes to gain an understanding of the home buyers' needs.
• Educate the customer of the benefits of Modular/Manufactured homes and available financing.
• Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers via the company's CRM system (HubSpot).
• Facilitate the home order process with the manufacturers and provide documentation to our internal staff, lenders, and manufacturers.
• Follow up with loans, contractors, and customers to ensure an enjoyable home buying experience.
• Maintain model homes to assure a positive customer impression when touring our homes.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Prior sales and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to excel and contribute in a team environment.
• Punctual.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Well organized and self motivated.
• Ability to learn business and finance mortgage concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
