Yellowstone Structural Systems is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service. What You Will Do:_*

• Write detailed proposals for each customer including photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists, and job worksheets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all customers; answer questions pertaining to scheduling, project preparation, payments, warranties, etc.
• Set our team up for success by communicating effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless, exceptional customer experience.
• Investigate and follow up on warranties with customers. Work with the Production Team and Logistics to correct issues as needed.
• Assist in company promotion by attending trade shows, marketing events, and networking functions. This will include working some weekends.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.

What We Need for this Role:

• Must reside in or near Belgrade or Bozeman, Montana or be actively relocating within 30 days.
• A valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Technical background with a focus on construction systems design and integration.
• Basic knowledge of homebuilding practices and standards.
• Ability to build relationships within the industry and generate your own leads.
• Listening, closing, and follow-up skills.
• Unrestricted ability to climb a ladder, kneel, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Laptop computer and mobile printer.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Construction, residential real estate, home inspection or similar experience (preferred).
