We design and fabricate our own line of cedar, vinyl, and aluminum fences for both installation and wholesale. We custom build and design residential decks.

Sales Consultant Overview

Cedar Rustic Fence Co is seeking a self-motivated individual to conduct and manage sales calls for fences. This territory will include parts of DuPage county and Northern Cook county.

In this position you will:

• Have the opportunity to sell high quality fences directly to homeowners and contractors.
• Receive qualified leads from consumers that call Cedar Rustic. No cold calling. Most leads are generated through extensive advertising and referrals.
• Work evenings and Saturdays when necessary.
• Meet closing and revenue targets.
• Be eligible for a car allowance and benefits.
• Attend required sales meetings.

Required Skills and Experience

• Construction knowledge is a positive.
• In-home sales experience is a positive.
• Ability and desire to work independently and manage accounts.
• Professional image with strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused and detail oriented.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as schedule demands.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
• Must be punctual for and a good steward of leads.
• Excellent follow-up skills.

Income Opportunity

This is a straight commission based position with a recoverable draw. Top sales consultants at Cedar Rustic will make 6 figure incomes. We are not a burn and churn organization. We will give you the training, tools, and leads you need to be successful. Average sales consultant has been with Cedar Rustic for over 10 years.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

• Commission pay
