What you will do:
At Abby Connect, an Account Executive holds a central position in propelling the success and satisfaction of our valued clients. This role involves providing steadfast support to clients, comprehending and addressing their evolving business needs. Devoted to ensuring our clients' achievements and fostering long-term connections with our brand, your responsibility is to serve as a trusted advisor, nurturing long-lasting relationships that drive both retention and expansion
Essential Functions:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives.
- Initiate regular client communications, meetings, and reporting to maintain strong client relationships, resolve issues, introduce new solutions or best practices, and optimize the revenue potential of the account.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure clients expectations are met and are satisfied with the products and services they receive.
- Responsible for overseeing a segment of VIP clients
- Identify and implement process improvement/automation or other streamlining activities.
- Monitor client health and identify potential churn risks, taking a proactive step to resolve.
- Address and resolve client complaints with urgency, empathy, and assertiveness while simultaneously handling objections and creating solutions for at-risk clients.
- Increase profitability of individual clients by upselling other products or increasing usage of services
- Educate clients on our services and establish realistic expectations to ensure a successful relationship.
- Keep clients engaged and regularly using products.
- Ensure the clients needs are understood, communicated clearly, and satisfied.
- Use various strategies to retain unsatisfied or cancelling clients.
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of product knowledge and key differentiators of Abbys services and products.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates.
- Build personal relationships with clients to create trust and loyalty.

- Monthly Attrition 3% of accounts held
- Cancellation Request Saves 25%
Qualifications/Skills:
- 2+ Years of CSM, Retention, or Sales experience.
- Proactive Problem Resolution
- The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Technical Aptitude
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Fast adaptation
