GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the companys products, processes, and/or related services in current and new markets while building solid business relationships for long term company growth and stability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organizations products, processes, and services.
• Generates opportunities by assisting customers in solving their product and process needs.
• Promotes, sells, and secures orders from existing and prospective customers.
• Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Coordinates sales effort with company personnel such as owners, engineering, management, and accounting groups.
• Analyzes the markets potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
• Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment
• Supplies owners and management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with developing and managing business accounts and securing new business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
