Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical expert responsible for supporting our sales team by collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ideate solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Ensure the logical and detailed conversion of customer and product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
• Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, production, and support, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process, including product configuration, customization, and integration.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of low voltage control systems
• Experience with CAN bus
• Experience with printed circuit board design
• Experience in the RV industry
