Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance policies
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and guidelines to ensure the confidentiality of client information
• Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote insurance products and services
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and policy renewals
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate information to clients
• Work with financial advisors on incorporating insurance products including life, long-term care and Medicare supplements into a client's financial plan

Qualifications:

• Life & Health Insurance licenses are required
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and guidelines is required
• Medicare experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolved issues in a professional manner
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and record keeping
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
