$10.00 / Hour plus ability to earn Semi-Monthly & Monthly Commissions

The primary responsibility of this position is to effectively recruit new members through active prospecting and community outreach. Utilize effective sales process with consistent sales efforts in order to exceed both, personal and team goals. Interact with members and provide assistance to ensure positive member experiences.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goal

B. Provide and promote excellent customer service at all time

C. Demonstrates a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

D. Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking and member referrals, and lead generating system

E. Respond to all incoming leads within in a 2-hour timeframe during shift & enter appropriate prospective information on profiles.

F. Give tours to prospective members

G. Promote all club programs, promotions, and services

H. Assist members with account maintenance

I. Attend special events outside of normal business hours

J. Attend mandatory staff meetings as well as in-service training programs

K. Adhere to the guidelines outlined for PACs emergency plan

L. Maintain CPR/AED First Aid certification and attend one class semi-annually

M. Abide by the policies & procedures outlined in the PAC Employee Handbook

N. Perform all other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1-3 years of Sales and / or Fitness Industry experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Apple, Android, etc.

Excellent customer service and communication skills with attention to detail

Team Player

Professional and well-groomed appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
