Position Description

Earthlite has an immediate opening for a motivated, energetic professional to become our Account Representative in our Sales department. This position is responsible for managing accounts efficiently and with a mind towards profitability. This includes actual sales of the product as well as the implementation of business plans and programs for targeted accounts. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the development and implementation of sales plans, call plans, and customer service. The professional applicant for this position will prove exceedingly capable of interoffice and interpersonal communication, troubleshooting, and relationship-building.

Specific Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships at all levels while simultaneously exceeding customer expectations.
• Identify opportunities and challenges within the existing account base and create strategies to maximize sell-through profit, revenue, and market share.
• Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, and pricing that may impact sales efforts.
• Understand how to communicate value propositions to key accounts and be able to prospect and close new business.
• Develop and execute annual business plans in partnership with assigned accounts.
• Provide weekly reviews of sales, opportunities, promotions, sell-through, inventory management, and any other account activities.
• Managing accounts and reporting through CRM
• Conduct inside or outside sales calls and store visits.
• Execute product training as required.
• Travel as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in inside/outside sales
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience selling branded company products as well as managing B2B distribution.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining astute accuracy.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional work ethic, punctual, organized, and self-motivated
• Four-year degree (Desirable)
• Knowledge and proficiency in CRM platform are desirable.
• Bi-Lingual speak English and Spanish. (Desirable)

Salary and Benefits

• Position based on-site in Vista, CA
