Tammy Mann Insurance Agency is seeking a self-driven salesperson to sell, market and service our auto, home and life insurance products to new and existing customers. Our agency proudly represents Allstate Insurance and serves and protects consumers in the state of Ohio.

Requirements:

• Must have a Valid Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Minimum 1 Year of Proven Sales Experience
• Must be able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
• Ability to handle customer rejection.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Build relationships from scratch.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Self-confident and self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Previous sales experience.
• Goal-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong listening and closing abilities.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background/credit check.

Responsibilities

• Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting, rating, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
• Meet daily phone time & sales quotas as directed by management.
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs.
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources.
• Achieve sales goals thru generating new business and cross selling existing customers.
